It was 7:30 a.m. and we were out the door. It was Jeff and his wife Janine, Glenn and his wife Sam, and me. We were going to spend the day in the Snowy Mountains at the Charlotte Pass Snow Resort. Once there, we boarded the Oversnow Transport to the ski hill. No cars allowed. It was a 40-minute ride by track vehicle.
Since I’m not a skier I had my snowshoes with and decided it would be great to snowshoe through a forest of Snow Gums. I rode a lift to the top and plunged my way down through a spectacular forest of Snow Gums. I guess I didn’t have enough snowshoeing yesterday?
While I was snowshoeing, Jeff and the “Gang” enjoyed a very sunny day on the slopes. About 4:00 pm we headed back. Another great day in the Snowy Mountains.
